• Reservations can be confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total rental for the period of stay, the balance to be paid upon arrival. Please mail deposit checks to the previously listed address.

• All rates are based on accommodations of up to four people.

• There is an additional fee of $125 per week for each accommodation over four individuals.

• All bookings require a minimum stay of three nights at a rate of $250/night (if less than 7 days)

• There is an additional charge of 7% government hotel tax.

• Deposits must be received within 14 days after booking or the reservation will be void.
